Tri Clip Door Belt
Training at home or in the office is easy with the Tri Clip Door Belt, which includes additional connection points to add auxiliary exercises into your training. Follow these simple instructions to set your Iron Neck or RX Training package.
Setup
⚪ㅤOpen door.
⚪ㅤWrap the open belt around you door, horizontally.
⚪ㅤAdjust to the height you want your resistance bands
⚪ㅤMake sure the three clips are centered on the front of the door.
⚪ㅤClip the two ends of the buckle together and pull the straps tight.
Note: Do not apply more than 50 lbs. of resistance to any single anchor clip at one time.
